The Pantry

Here's a look at some of the essential ingredients that I always stock in my pantry. They are great for basic everyday chinese cooking and simple stir-fries. It is important to note that different brands of sauce may yield different results in cooking, so if the food doesn't taste as good as you expected, it could be due to the brand of sauce you're using. If possible, try the more popular or well-known brands and you should be quite safe :)
